Downloading your games

  • I’ve bought a game. Now what? Where can I get it from?

    Sign in at My Games area. You will see a list of your purchases. Click on the Game Downloads & Goodies button for the particular game. On the left side you will see the Game Downloads section. Click on your platform of choice to begin the download.

  • I’ve bought a game but it does not appear in my account. Where is it?

    Games that show up in My Games section are those that you have purchased using the email address you have on your account with our website. If you have used another email account during your order, please get in touch with us.

  • The game I’ve bought has extra content, where can I find it?

    Sign in at My Games. You will see a list of your purchases. Click on the Downloads and Goodies button for the particular game. On the right side you will see the Goodies section. Click on the extras you want to get to begin the download.

  • Can I re-download my game?

    Yes, but you have a limit of just 17 times. We’re kidding, there‘s no limit whatsoever. You can re-download it as many times as you want, as long as you intend to make use of it on a machine belonging to you.

  • Am I allowed to keep backups of the game?

    Of course you are, as long as you intend to make use of it on a machine belonging to you. The only thing you need to do is copy your game installation file and any extras to an empty CD or DVD.  

  • I have a problem downloading a game/extra content/from My Games, what do I do?

    Please get in touch with us through the Customer Support Form.

  • Cannot run the game/cannot play, what do I do?

    If you have any technical issues with one of our games please visit the Game Help Area. If your question is not answered there, please contact our customer support team and include as much information as possible about the steps that caused the error.
