• What are the system requirements for my game?

  System requirements for: The Clockwork Man, The Clockwork Man: The Hidden World, Bounty, Fashion Boutique, Academy of Magic: Word Spells can be found in the related game pages.

• I have trouble downloading a game/have issues with My Games area.

  Please read through the Downloading your games FAQ or contact Customer Support.

• The game does not run, what can I do?

  Please make sure you have installed the latest version of the game. The most recent version can always be found in the My Games area under your purchase. If you are still facing trouble, please contact Customer Support.

• I found a bug in the game.

  Get in touch with us through the Customer Support Form and let us know as much as possible about the bug. We’ll make our best to fix it quickly and we’ll promptly release a new version of the game.

• I have purchased one of your games/game related product elsewhere.

  • You have an issue with one of our games purchased through Steam, Desura, or Ubuntu Software Centre.

  • You have an issue with one of our games purchased from another site/portal (such as BigFish or GameHouse), either as a download or retail (CD) copy:
    
    You should seek help from the portal/shop where you bought it. The portal/shop is responsible for the retail CD or digital download. Any updates or fixes to the game are always provided through the portal/shop.
    
    
  • You have an issue with a file download / a game manager application from another portal.
    
    We are unable to assist with issues regarding websites other than our own, even if they involve one of our games. We have no authority whatsoever over those websites and your best solution is to seek direct help from the site’s/portal’s customer support. 
    
    
  • You have an issue with The Clockwork Man: The Hidden World Gamehouse Game Guide.
    
    We have not created this product and thus we cannot offer any advice on it. We offer assistance and support on the Ultimate Edition Game Guide, sold only through the Total Eclipse website.
