Take part in the Contest!

1. Set up the scene and take photos

 

Tips

  • Try to create unique, interesting images that will attract people's attention.
  • Hide the items well, but make sure they can be found!
  • Try hiding items of the same kind for added fun!
  • Make sure the room is properly lit when you take the photo.
  • Hide at least 10 items, note them on a paper and enter them as a comment to your entry. People will have fun tagging your image afterwards trying to find the items
  • Having difficulties? Have a look at our example images.
  • Create to your heart’s content! We have no limits as to how many scenes you can upload and submit as entries!

Rules:

  1. Sorry, people’s faces should not be visible in the photographs! Pets are more than welcome, however!
  2. No offensive content is allowed, whether in the photo or its description.
  3. All descriptions and items must be in English.
  4. No matter where you are from, or how old you are, you can still play (if you are a minor we might require parental consent).
  5. Participation is absolutely free; you don't need to buy any of our products in order to join inthe fun!

2. Become a fan and upload your scene

Become a Fan

In order to upload your creation, you must become a fan of the official Total Eclipse Facebook Fan Page so that you can post your hidden object scenes. You must have an active Facebook account to do the following steps:

  1. Go to the official Total Eclipse Facebook Fan page.
  2. Click at  the Become a Fan link:

     

Upload your scene

  1. Go to the Wall and enter "Hidden Object Birthday Contest” as the description of your photograph.
  2. Click on the “Photo” button to upload your photo.
  3. Once your photo has been uploaded you can click on “Share” and submit your entry to the wall!
  4. We think that the best part is giving the others 10 items to find.Comment on your submitted photograph with a list of 10 objects that you have hidden in your scene. Others will enjoy tagging parts of your photograph with where they think the objects are hidden!

By posting a photograph for the Contest you signify your agreement with the Contest's Terms and Conditions.

3. Vote, vote, vote!

At the end of the contest, the first TEN  hidden object scenes with the most votes, win!

How to Vote

Under each submission there is a “I like this” text. Click on it to like the photograph.

Tips

  • You can only like once on a photograph, including yours. Facebook does not support multiple likes by the same person on the same photograph.
  • You are more than welcome to bring your friends over to vote for your scenes.
  • Keep in mind that your friends can only vote inside the Total Eclipse Fan page, where you posted your submission. If you ‘share’ your photograph on your wall, or at other people’s, any ‘likes’ on your or other people’s profiles will not be transferred to your original submission.
  • You can give direct links to your friends for your submissions. Use Twitter and Facebook at will and encourage them to vote or join in the game as well!
